摘    要:以鞍山减压渣油为原料 ,采用调和 -氧化法制备了符合GB/ 15 180 - 94标准的 5种牌号重交通道路沥青。同时 ,对氧化条件及调和比例进行了考察 ,建立了调和剂用量与针入度、软化点的关联方程。根据制备的道路沥青的特点 ,对四组分和软化点进行了关联 ,修正了饭岛博经验关系式。分析结果表明 ,空气流率为 2 .0L/ (min·kg-1) ,氧化温度为 2 5 0℃ ,氧化时间 5 .5h ,当加入不同比例的调和剂时 ,可以制备出满足GB/ 15 180 - 94各个牌号的道路沥青。建立的调和剂用量与针入度、软化点的关联方程可以对工业应用具有一定的理论指导意义。修正后的四组分和软化点关系式更适合这 5种不同牌号的道路沥青的实际情况

Abstract:Various brand paving asphalts conforming to GB/T15180-94 standard were prepared by oxidizing the mixture of Anshan vacuum residue and the two other blenders with different ratio at the temperature of 250 ℃,the airflow rate of 2.0 L/(min·kg -1) and the oxidation of 5.5 h. The relationship equation among penetration, softening point and the content of the blends have been set up and the relationship between penetration, softening point and the okidation time has been found and the corresponding mathematic models were set up. Those mathematic models built by gradual regression of the experiment data can be used to determine the adding amount of the two blends. Faodaobo experiential equation, describing the relationship between softening point and the composition of the paving asphalt, have been corrected so that it will be more suitable to the paving asphalts prepared.
