基于GPRS通信的港口机械远程监控管理系统

港口机械设备监控系统有多种实现方式，本文重点介绍使用西门子s7-300／400系列PLC作为控制器的港机设备中，PLC作为系统控制器将设备运行的实时参数以数据包的形式周期的发送到网桥模块以至GPRS模块，GPRS模块利用现有的GSM／GPRS移动通讯网作为通信传输的媒介来实现设备工况信息的传递，将工况数据实时发送至远程服务器，远程服务接受系统主要由安装在监控中心的中央监控系统组成。GPRS模块实时提供每一台设备的最新工况数据、运行的状况和报警信息，控制中心自动记录这些信息以便事后分析。此种方式因组网和实现简单易行，为类似应用提供了借鉴。

Remote Monitoring Management System of Port Machinery based on GPRS Communication

The monitoring system of port’s machinery equipments has many ways to be realized.This paper mainly introduces a new method which chooses the Siemens electric S7-300/400 series PLC as the controller of port equipments.As the system controller,PLC will periodically transmit the realtime parameters to WEB network during the running process of equipments,and to the GPRS module in a way of data package.The GPRS module uses the existing GSM/GPRS communication net as medium to realize the transmission of equipments information.The data is transmitted to remote server in real-time,whose receiving system is mainly composed by the central monitoring system fixed in the monitoring center.GPRS module provides the best newly data about operational state,running conditions and alarm information of each equipment to control center.The control center automatically records these information to be analyzed.This design is easy to realize.
