板坯二冷区喷嘴布置的数值模拟分析及优化

摘    要:  在板坯连铸中,二冷区的喷嘴布置对铸坯的凝固冷却有重要影响。通过建立的三维稳态传热凝固模型对不同喷嘴布置下铸坯的冷却情况进行了模拟分析。通过优化喷嘴布置,消除了铸坯横断面“眼镜形”双热节现象,铸坯凝固情况得到改善。模拟结果与现场情况符合较好,证明了模型的可靠性及实用性。

Abstract:The arrangement of spray nozzles has an important impact on the cooling of slab. A three dimensional steady heat transfer and solidification model was used to analyze the cooling of slab with different spray nozzles arrangements. By modification of the spray nozzles arrangement, the two hot spots as like “glass shape” in the slab cross section was prevented, and the cooling condition of slab was improved. The simulation results match well with the real process, which indicates the reliability and practicability of the model.
