摘    要:为了预防和消除横裂纹,传统的方法是采用高温避开法或低温避开法,使得在弯曲或矫直操作时铸坯的表面温度避开二冷低延性温度范围,但实践证明,传统的方法并不能从根本上消除裂纹的产生.在总结传统冷却模式缺点的前提下,详细介绍了日本住友金属开发的1种新的冷却工艺制度即SSC冷却模式,并分析了SSC冷却模式与传统冷却模式对铸坯高温力...

Abstract:In order to prevent and eliminate the transverse crack two traditional cooling methods,which control the surface temperature of slab to be higher or lower than the range of its embrittlement temperatures,are usually adopted.However,the traditional methods are unable to prevent transverse cracking essentially.Therefore,a new cooling technology,namely SSC,was developed by Sumitomo Metal Industries in the last 1990s.Considering the drawbacks of traditional methods,SSC cooling method is introduced,focusing on the effects of the different processes on high temperature mechanical properties and cracking sensitivity of slab.
