摘    要:随着工农业的发展,新疆生产建设兵团灌区用水量逐步增加,致使灌区水资源供需矛盾日趋突出。选取新疆兵团典型团场———150团作为研究对象,通过对现状年、预测年水资源供需平衡计算,得出现状年、预测年的缺水程度。结果表明:现状条件下,平水年供水量已不能满足需水要求,中等干旱年缺口更大;随着灌区节水改造,输配水效率提高,农业灌溉定额降低,然而由于种植面积逐年增加,因此农业需水量仍呈增加态势。150团场水资源短缺,有水资源不足的因素,也有水资源利用率低的缘故,因此不仅要采取适当措施节约用水,提高水资源有效利用率,加快团场改造工程建设,而且必须在团场实行非充分灌溉和水资源优化配置,以缓解灌区水资源紧缺局面。
