高炉炉缸壁三维简化为二维的数值模拟建模

摘    要:利用有限元法计算了炉缸壁3种模型的温度分布及热应力分布,得出结论:将高炉炉缸壁简单地看作轴对称体进行温度、应力的计算,存在较大的误差.提出了将三维炉缸壁简化为二维炉缸壁进行温度、热应力计算的新方法.此方法不仅适用炉缸、炉底的数值计算,也适用高炉炉体的数值计算.

Abstract:The temperature distribution and thermal-stress distribution of three models for Blast Furnace Hearth(BFH) are calculated by using finite element method.It is concluded that its computed result of the temperature and thermal-stress has wider error if BFH is regarded as axisymmetric body.In this paper,a new method that three-dimensional BFH model simplified as two-dimensional BFH model is proposed.This new method appropriates not only for numerical calculation of BFH, but also for that of Blast Furnace Body.
