摘    要:以无取向电工钢为试验钢种,通过无取向电工钢的RH脱硫实践,确定了适合RH脱硫的相关工艺参数控制.RH脱硫率平均达到36.5%,具有较好的脱硫效果.试验发现钢包顶渣的FeO+MnO的含量对于脱硫效果有重要影响.提高钢包顶渣碱度不仅可以提高RH脱硫效率而且可以减轻对RH设备的腐蚀.

Abstract:By experiment on non oriented electrical steel, the suitable processing parameters of desulphurization were concluded in RH refining. The results show that the average desulphurization ratio is as high as 34%. Additionally, the desulphurization ratio was influenced by the total content of FeO and MnO. High basicity of ladle slag not only is beneficial to desulphurization but also can lighten the corrosion of equipment.
