| 摘 要： | 西北诸河水质目前总体较好,但随着社会经济的发展在一些水资源开发利用程度较高的城市局部河段水质较差。在对西北诸河水环境现状进行评价的基础上,研究了未来规划水平年西北诸河纳污能力,提出了未来西北诸河各省(区)水资源保护及污染控制对策:调整产业结构和优化工业布局,推进流域循环经济和清洁生产技术;加强对重点工业污染源及其废水处理设施的有效监督管理;实施以水功能区管理为核心的入河污染物总量控制;加强城市污水处理厂及配套工程建设等。
