炉渣熔化性温度标准化的探讨

摘    要:以Visual Basic.NET 2008为平台,经计算机模拟试验对熔化性温度计算方法的标准化提出合理的建议.并提出,炉渣熔化性温度合理定义的关键在于合理斜率准数的确定,当K=50时得出的熔化性温度值符合行业的经验总结,证明了新定义的合理性.

Abstract:Melt-property temperature of Slag is one of the most important symbols of the slag-property. Because of non-standard definition and the needs of academic research, a new reasonable standardization design of calculation model of melt-property temperature is obtained through simulation experiment with the help of VB.NET 2008. Key of a reasonable definition is the reasonable slope. When K=50, melt-property temperature is in line with experience summary and the new definition is proved reasonable. This research can be a fundamental one for the new process of metallurgy.
