| 摘 要： | 通过对武钢鄂州球团厂新增φ6 000 mm圆盘造球机的造球盘转速、倾角以及刮刀位置等参数进行调整,使球团生产时的造球效果得到明显改善,生球的产量、质量有明显的提高.实践表明:通过参数调整,生球0.5 m落下强度提高了0.5～1.5次,生球粒径合格率提高20%～30%,台时产量增加了30～40 t.

| Abstract: | Two sets of Φ6 000 mm disc pelletizer were added in the production line of Ezhou Pelletizing Plant.A series of adjustment of technological parameters,such as rotation speed,inclination,scraper location were implemented.As a result,the pelletizing efficiency was intensified,the quality and output of green ball were increased,the drop strength of green ball increased by 0.5~1.5 times per 0.5 m,the output of green ball improved by 20 %~30 %,and the output per hour was up to 30~40 t. |
