Abstract:Based on the property requirements of 20CrMnTiH and difficulties in the production process,the composition of trial-manufactured 20CrMnTiH is designed in accordance with the national standard.The content of Ti is in a range of 0.06 %~0.09 %,which can control the difference of C-Ti to be 0.12 % for reaching best indexes of quenching and plasticity.The quality of surface,interior and formal size of 20CrMnTiH in series of Φ50~150 mm produced by Xiangtan Steel Co.Ltd are in good accordance with the national standard.In addition,its mechanical properties can also achieve the expected goal.
