镍矿烧结工艺探讨

摘    要:镍烧结矿作为生产镍铁的主要原料,其质量的好坏直接影响到镍铁的产量.通过对不同的碱度、配碳量下镍烧结矿的各项指标进行研究,从而对生产进行指导.在固体燃料配比固定时,碱度的提高对镍烧结矿的各项指标有影响.在碱度为0.7时,固体燃料配比为10%,此时镍烧结矿的各项指标综合性能最好.

Abstract:As a main raw material to produce nickelferrite,the quality of Ni-bearing sinter is very important to its production.In order to ascertain the effects of sinter bacisity on its metallurgical properties with fixed carbon content,experimental study on Ni-bearing sinter with different basicities and carbon contents were carried out.The results showed that in the conditions of sinter basicity 0.7 and solid fuel rate 10 %,the Ni-bearing sinter had good comprehensive properties.
