溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米ZnFe_2O_4复合材料及宽频吸波性能研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米锌铁氧体,在凝胶形成之前加入超细可膨胀石墨,生成的干凝胶粉末在马弗炉中灼热一段时间,在纳米锌铁氧体生成的同时微膨石墨发生膨胀,由此合成出纳米铁氧体复合材料.应用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜对产物的晶体结构和微观形貌进行了表征分析,并着重对比研究了不同热处理温度对产物粒度分布的影响.利用小型烟箱试验测出产物在军用红外波段质量消光系数大于0.9 m~2/g;利用矢量网络分析仪测试其在2~18 GHz的电磁参数.结果表明:在纳米铁氧体中添加超细微膨石墨,增加了电磁波的损耗,并在红外波段具有显著的消光特性..

Abstract:Nano-ferrite ZnFeO2 was synthesized with method of sol-gel. Before the form of sol,superfine expanded graphite was added into the solution. When gel was heated,the graphite would expand in the Muffle,and then nano-ferrite compound was obtained. Crystal structure and surface appearance of products were investigated by XRD and SEM.
