超细硼酸锌对LDPE/IFR体系抑烟性能的影响

摘    要:用锥形量热法研究了超细硼酸锌对膨胀型阻燃低密度聚乙烯(LDPE/IFR)体系燃烧时发烟量和气体(CO、CO2)释放量的影响。结果表明:在超细硼酸锌引入LDPE/IFR体系后,烟产生速率的峰值从0.0427m2/s降低到0.0151m2/s,总烟释放量由1340.95降低为719.6,烟产生速率峰值出现的时间推后,证明了超细硼酸锌具有显著的抑烟作用,同时对LDPE/IFR体系燃烧时产生的CO和CO2也具有显著的抑制作用。

Abstract:The effects of ultrafine zinc borate on smoke suppression property and gas(CO,CO2) release of low density polyethylene modified by intumescent flame retardant(LDPE/IFR) were studied by means of cone calorimeter.The results show that:with the addition of untrafine zinc borate,the smoke production rate of LDPE/IFR system decreases from 0.0427 m2/s to 0.0151 m2/s,its total smoke release decreases from 1 340.95 to 719.6,the appearance of the peak of smoke production rate is delayed,which prove that ultrafine zinc borate has obvious effect on smoke suppression property;meanwhile,ultrafine zinc borate can reduce the generation of CO,CO2 during the combustion of LDPE/IFR system obviously.
