摘    要:对新疆吉林台一级水电站混凝土面板堆石坝的坝体初期渗水流量及渗水水位上升速度进行了分析,并就此制定坝体反向排水措施与封堵设计,从排水系统封堵时间、顺序、方法,面板压重等方面做了介绍,根据实施后的效果检测说明是成功的。

Abstract:Both the initial seepage flow and the rising speed of seepage level in the body of the concrete face rock fill dam for Jilintai Hydropower Station I in Xinjiang are analyzed, and based on this the reverse drainage measure and the design of the sealing method concerned are made ; for which the time, sequence and the method for the sealing of the drainage system are presented as well.
