| 摘 要： | 唐钢1680mm超薄热带生产线精轧减速机由三菱公司设计、国内合作制造。这种大型、高精度、硬齿面的板带生产线精轧减速机为国内首次制造。在制造过程中，通过采取严格贯彻制造标准、提高加工工艺水平、重视材料选择及热处理工艺控制、强化管理等有效的质量控制手段，确保了对其加工精度的要求。

| Abstract: | FM main drives for 1680 mm UTSP of Tangsteel were designed by MHI and co-manufactured in China.These FM main drives with large,precise and high hard gears were manufactured first time at home.In the process of manufacturing,by effective quality control means,such as: strictly pursuing manufacturing standard,raising manufacturing technology level,correctly choosing materials and proces control in heat treatment and strengthening management,equipment precision is ensured. |
