| 摘 要： | 介绍了发电权交易的数学模型和组织流程,分析了开展发电权交易前后输电网及发电权交易买卖双方的效益变化,推导了有无交易成本两种情况下发电权交易效益变化计算公式及实现的条件。以IEEE-14节点系统为算例验证,结果表明开展发电权交易参与方受益。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the mathematical model and organizing procedure of the generation right transaction and analyzes the profit variation of the transmission grid and among of different partners before and after the development of generation right transaction.The formulas of generation right transaction profit variation are also deduced with and without considering the transaction cost,which discusses the profit realization conditions.Using IEEE-14 nodal system as an example,the results show that development of generation right transaction is beneficial to all partners. |
