摘    要:宝钢无缝钢管厂φ140连轧管机改造后,原斜轧桶形辊穿孔机由新型的斜轧锥形辊穿孔机(CTP)替代。本文重点介绍CTP穿孔机导盘间距、导盘高度的调整和校准方法,对导盘采取模型简化后进行力学分析,帮助判断导盘参数调整不当可能引起的故障。

Abstract:After reforming the bore diameter φ140 in Baosteel Seamless Pipes Factory, the former skew roiling barrel type piercer is substituted with the new skew rolling cone type piercer (CTP). Aiming at the adjustment of piercer's bore diameter, this article mainly introduces the adjusting and correcting methods of the gaps and heights of CTP's guide disc. Moreover, after having a model simplification to the guide disc, it will take the mechanical analysis to estimate the faults caused by incorrect parameter adjustment of guide disc.
