等离子体增强火炮发射性能的实验研究

摘    要:在30mm电热化学发射装置上进行了输人电能、装填密度和火药种类影响发射性能的实验研究。实验结果表明:在等离子体脉冲的作用下.火药燃烧过程得到增强.燃气生成速率提高,导致较陡的起始压力上升曲线。在较大能量和脉宽的电脉冲作用下,在不增加最大膛压的情况下能有效地提高炮口初速。某些经过表面处理的火药可以在抑制最大膛压升高的同时保持等离子体对火药燃烧的电增强效应,提供了一种提高发射效率的有效途径。

Abstract:Experimental study of the influence of different input electrical energy, loading density and type of propellant on gun performance is performed on a 30mm electrothermal chemical gun. Results of experiments show that burn process of propellant is enhanced under the effect of plasma. This results in increase of gas generation rate and steep rise in the initial stage of pressure curve. Under the effect of large amount and duration of plasma energy, muzzle velocity can be increased without increasing the maximum chamber pressure. Some surface-treated propellant can maintain the e- lectric enhancement effects to propellant burning process when controlling the rise of maximum chamber pressure. This feature provides an effective approach to increase the efficiency of electrothermal chemical launch.
