摘    要:本文在用喷吹碳酸钠方法处理铁水时研究了钢水中钒氧化的动力学,所得简化动力学公式为 钒的氧化速度随着碳酸钠吹入量的增加而增加,在碳酸钠中加入Fe_2O_3或Na_2SO_4可以提高铁水中钒的氧化速度。温度对钒的氧化速度影响不大,所得数值关系式为

Abstract:In this experiment, kinetics of vanadium oxidation with sodium carbonate injection treatment on liquid pig iron was investigated. The following kinetic equation is givenThe rate of vanadium oxidation increases with the increase in sodium carbonate injection. The addition of Fe2O3 or Na2SO4 in Na2CO3 increases the rate of vanadium oxidation. The effect of temperature on the rate of vanadiumoxidation is not very much. The relation k=5.692 exp {(8313)/(RT)} is given.
