| 摘 要： | 本研究适用于850~960℃钛合金精锻工艺,玻璃润滑剂采用静电喷涂工艺,属于环保型钛合金精锻工艺用玻璃防护润滑剂。简述了精锻工艺用玻璃防护润滑剂的作用;介绍了玻璃防护润滑剂配方设计特点、配方组成及性能;讨论了玻璃防护润滑剂的防护性能、润滑性能和浆料工艺特性。结果显示,T281玻璃防护润滑剂能满足钛合金精锻工艺和静电喷涤工艺的使用要求,防护润滑效果好,无毒、环保、使用简便,可以获得更高的表面质量。

| Abstract: | T281 is a kind of environment-friendly and air resistant glass lubricant for the precision forging of titanium alloys during 850 - 960℃,whose coating method is the electrostatic coating process. The effects of the air resistant glass lubricant on the precision forging and also the compositions,the composition features and the property of T281 were introduced. Finally,the air resistant property,the lubricating property and the process character of T281 were discussed. Results show that T281 glass protective lubricants can meet the operating requirement of precision forging on Ti alloy and electrostatic spraying. It also has merits of good protective lubricating effective,non-toxic,environ-mentally friendly,easy to use and better surface quality. |
