隧洞衬砌全圆针梁台车抗浮结构设计

摘    要:北京市南水北调配套工程南干渠七标浅埋暗挖隧洞为双线DN3 400 mm输水隧洞,其二次衬砌采用全圆式针梁台车施工。为应对台车在浇筑过程中通常会出现的上浮问题,在该台车设计之初便对抗浮进行了细致计算。实际衬砌浇筑证明,该台车抗浮装置可有效地防止其上浮,为以后类似工程积累相关经验。

Abstract:The shallow-buried and underground-excavated water conveyance tunnel of the bit section No.7 of the South Main Canal——an auxiliary project in Beijing for the South Main Canal of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is a double-route water conveyance tunnel with the nominal diameter(DN) of 3 400 mm, for which the secondary lining is constructed with a full circle needle beam formwork trolley. To deal with the problem from the uplift of the trolley usually occurred during concreting for the lining, a detailed calculation on the anti-uplift of the trolley is made from the very beginning of the design of it.The actual concreting for the lining demonstrates that the anti-uplift device of the trolley can effectively prevent the uplift of it during the construction, and then accumulates some relevant experiences for the similar project in the days to come.
