论我国聚乙烯醇工业发展战略

我国是世界上聚乙烯醇（简称ＰＶＡ）生产工艺路线最全，生产能力最大的国家。１９９２年的产量仅次于日本，位居世界第二，技术上已达到国际先进水平。当前国内外ＰＶＡ装置供应紧张，投资效益好，我国在２０多年未建新厂的情况下，目前正在扩建、计划扩建和新建的厂较多。ＰＶＡ在所有化工产品中流程最长，过程最复杂，投资也大，故要特别重视发展战略。

China is the country of the most complete production process line and the biggest production ability of PVA inthe world.In 1992,the output is inferior to Japan only and occupy the second place in the world.The technol-ogy of PVA has reached the international advanced level.At present,the internal and external PVA are in short supply,so the income on investrnent is very good.In the condition of no establishment of new plant in recent twenty or more years,many plants are beingextended or planned to extend,and many new plants are established.In all chemical engineering products,PVA has the longest technological process and the most complicated process of manufacture,whose investment is big also,so we must pay special attention to the de-veloprnent strategy.
