摘    要:对该产品阻燃剂的选择、纺丝、假捻变形等工艺进行了全面研究。实验证明,选择合适的有光高黏阻燃切片,选择并控制好生产过程工艺条件,可以生产出磷质量分数高达0.65%~1%的高性能家纺用有光细旦多孔阻燃纤维,其织物极限氧指数高达35%~45%,续燃时间和阴燃时间均为0 s,并具有抗熔滴效果。

Abstract:The flame retardant selection, spinning, false twist texturing process of high performance home textile bright fine denier porous flame trtardant fiber are studied comprehensively. The experiment proved that by selection of suitable bright high viscosity flame retardant chip, well selection and control of the production process technology conditions, the high performance home textile bright fine denier porous flame-retardant fiber which mass fraction of phosphorus is up to 0.65% - 1% can be produced. The limiting oxygen index of the fabric is up to 35%-45%. The after-flame time and after-glow time are 0 s. The fiber had anti-dripping effects.
