热处理对粗晶WC-Co硬质合金力学性能的影响

摘    要:以WC-8.4Co粗晶硬质合金为研究对象,通过纳米压痕、大载荷维氏硬度测试等分析手段,研究了粗晶硬质合金在热处理过程中粘结相力学性能及合金整体力学性能的变化.结果表明,热处理对粗晶WC-Co硬质合金可通过提高硬质合金粘结相的硬度而使整体硬度得到一定改善,且合金的Palmqvist断裂韧性在热处理之后也有较为明显的改善.

Abstract:Research was made on the changes of mechanical properties of the binder phase and the whole alloy during heat treatment of the WC-8.4Co coarse-grained cemented carbide by nano indentation and high load HV test.The results show that heat treatment can improve hardness of the whole alloy by improving hardness of the binder phase,and meanwhile improve Palmqvist fracture toughness of the whole alloy.
