基于参数映射的零件库技术的研究与实现

摘    要:目前通用CAD系统开发的内嵌零件库存在动态扩充性能较差、只能处理系列值参数而不支持范围值参数和自定义值参数等问题。为此,本文将参数映射机制融入三维零件库的建立与调用,开发了基于参数映射的三维零件库系统,并应用于某大型航空企业的工装设计中,减少了重复劳动,缩短了工装设计周期,提高了工装设计的效率。

Abstract:Part library supplied in the custom CAD system is difficult to expand the contents dynamically. The parameters of the part can be driven by series values, but not range expressions or user defined parameters. A parameter mapping strategy is applied in this paper to the building and inserting of the part library, and a part library based on this strategy is developed, which is applied in the aeronautic engineering. Repetitive work has been reduced, the design cycle has been shorten, and the efficiency of the tools design has been improved.
