公共服务体系中的计算机实践平台基础研究

结合多年的教学与管理经验，公共计算机教学部门通过教育技术应用研究，可以建立一个优质的、开放的、共享的计算机实践平台。在其基础建设过程中，结合高等教育的改革方向，提出了计算机实践平台基础的建设思路和基本内容，既充分利用现有的硬件环境，整合已有软件系统，又开展前沿教育技术的研究，研发软件系统，健全平台基础功能。通过该项研究对于降低教育技术项目建设投入成本，提高计算机实验教学的组织能力，促进计算机实验教学资源优化配置与共享，建立健全高校实践教学公共服务体系功能有一定的借鉴意义。

Research on Computer Practice Platform Foundation in the University Public Service System

Combined with teaching and management experience, through the researching of educational technology application, public computer teaching department may build an open sharing computer practice platform with high quality. In the basic con-struction process, combined with the direction of the reform of higher education, computer center puts forward the basic content and construction idea of computer practice platform, which can make full use of existing hardware environment, integrate with existing software systems, then researchs on advanced education technologies, developes software systems, improves the function of the platform. Through the educational technology research, university can reduce project cost, improve the organization ability of computer experimental teaching, promote the computer experiment teaching resource allocation and sharing, improve the practice teaching system in the public service system.
