摘    要:该文介绍了基于光声光谱技术的多组分气体检测的基本原理,设计了基于FPGA的数字双相锁相放大器,完成了低通滤波器和DDS信号发生模块的仿真设计并应用于光声光谱多组分气体检测系统。通过对不同浓度的C2H2,CO2,CO混合气体的检测结果表明,该锁相放大器可以有效提取微弱的光声信号,检测出C2H2,CO2,CO这三种气体的浓度,系统检测相对误差小与5%,精度好且具有一定的稳定性,能广泛应用于气体检测中。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic principle of multi-component gas detection based on the photoacoustic spectroscopy technique, designed A lock-in amplifier on FPGA is and Completed the simulation design of related modules then Applicated in photoacoustic spectra of multi-component gas detection system. Through the detection of multi-component gases, results show that the lock-in amplifier can effectively extract weak photoacoustic signals, Detect the concentration of C2 H2 , CO2 , CO these three kinds of gases, The relative error of the System Lower than 5%, The precision of the system is good and has certain stability and it can be widely used in gas detection.
