摘    要:针对煤矿井下机电设备振动信号难以提取、故障诊断难以开展的问题,应用本质安全型矿用便携式测振记录仪采集采煤机截割部的振动信号,并采用频谱分析与Hilbert解调技术解调出振动信号的故障特征频率,从而判断出故障位置,为采煤机的故障诊断与维护提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:In view of problem that it is difficult to extract vibration signal and carry out fault diagnosis of coal mine electromechanical equipment,intrinsically safe mine-used portable vibration recorder was applied to collect vibration signal of shearer cutting unit,and spectrum analysis and Hilbert demodulation technique were used to demodulate fault characteristic frequency of the vibration signal,so as to determine fault location,which provides reliable basis for fault diagnosis and maintenance of shearer.
