摘    要:本文着重从研究纤维(晶须)增韧的机理出发,对SiCw/ZrO2陶瓷(Y2O3摩尔分数为8%)复合材料增韧机理进行了探讨,并对其晶须增韧效果进行了数值预测,通过计算和试验验证了晶须增韧数学模型和计算表达式的正确性。从而为直接预测SiCw/ZrO2陶瓷(Y2O3摩尔分数为8%)复合材料的增韧效果提供重要参考。

Abstract:This article emphatically studies the whisker toughening mechanism,then analyses on the whisker toughening mechanism of the SiCw/ZrO2 ceramic (Y2O3 molar fraction is 8%) compound materials, and forecasts its whisker toughening effect. Accuracy of toughening mathematic model and calculating equation is proved by calculation and experiment.Thus,it provides important reference for forecasting directly the whisker toughening effects of the SiCw/ZrO2 ceramic (Y2O3 mole fraction is 8%) composite material.
