岭南早期现代园林理论与实践初探

岭南地区的早期现代园林创作曾备受关注。通过评析岭南早期现代园林的奠基人林西和夏昌世的基本观念,介绍岭南早期现代园林的理论基础,分析山庄旅舍、兰圃及桂林风景建筑的设计思想和技法,提出岭南早期现代园林是现代建筑思想融合地区气候因素、植物景观和人文传统而形成的地域性园林。

A Preliminary Study about Lingnan Modern Landscape Theory and Practice

The formative years of Lingnan modern landscape from the 1960s to the 1980s have been paid much attention to throughout China. This paper reviews the ideas of Lin Xi and Xia Changshi, the founders of Lingnan modern landscape, introduces basic theories of Lingnan modern landscapes from the 1960s to the 1980s, and analyses design concepts and techniques of Guangzhou Gardens （Mountain Villa）, Guangzhou Parks （Guangzhou Orchid Garden）, Guilin scenic architecture. It is believed that Lingnan modern landscape from the 1960s to the 1980s is a kind of regional landscape which results from the coalescence of the spirit of modern architecture, traditional garden culture, adaptation to climate, and the use of native plants.
