对中国生态城现状问题的批判性分析

为了实现节能减排,中国不少城市将生态城的发展作为城镇发展的战略目标。通过对中国生态城镇的调研以及对生态城镇的理解,提出生态城镇应当实现经济、环境和社会的一体化和可持续发展,生态城镇的基本任务是实现发展模式和生活方式的转变。以此为基础,论述了中国生态城的发展现状和七个主要的共性问题。

Critical Analysis of Problems in Chinese Eco-city Development

In order to implement energy efficiency and reduction of carbon emission, many Chinese cities have proposed to target eco-city as their development strategy. However, some problems exist in the process of eco-city development. According to the investigation of general eco-city initiatives in China and the understanding of eco-city, the author argues that eco-city should have integrated social, economic and environment development. Based on these, the author critically presents seven common problems in the process of Chinese eco-city development.
