| 摘 要： | 在对效率评价的几个基本概念进行分析的基础上，提出了一套使用DEA方法的电力工业效率评价指标体系，采用CCR和BCC模型对天津、吉林等8个电力公司实施测评分析，确定了相应的效率评价结果并提出了改进方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of several basic conceptions of the efficiency evaluation, an index system for the efficiency evaluation on electric power industry with DEA model was proposed. An empirical study of eight electric power companies including Tianjin, Jilin, etc. was given with CCR and BCC model,and the outcome was evaluated. |
