基于AVR单片机的矿用低压隔爆馈电开关智能保护器的设计

介绍一种低压馈电开关智能保护器,适用于交流50 Hz,额定电压为660 V1、140 V,额定电流至800 A三相中性点不接地的供配电系统中,作为总开关、分支开关用于对配电线路的接通和分断。该装置以Atmega128单片机作为控制核心,具有过载、短路、断相、相不平衡、漏电闭锁、漏电保护、选择性漏电保护等保护功能,而且具有液晶显示、故障原因记忆、查询、联网通讯等功能。该装置的设计大大提高煤矿供电系统的安全可靠性。

Design of Intelligent Protector of Low Voltage Flameproof Feed Switchgears in Coal Mines Based on AVR Microcontroller

Introduces a kind of intelligent protector of low votage flameproof feed switchgears used in coal mines,it applicable to AC 50 Hz,rated voltage 660 V,1140V,rated current to 800 A of three-phase non-neutral point connected to the ground for power supply and distribution system,as master or branch switch,which used for turn-on and disconnect the power distribution lines.The device takes AVR microcontroller as the core control chip and the device function is composed of protections of overload,short-circuit,phase-failure,phase imbalance,leakage,leakage protection,selective leakage protection and so on,more over the device has liquid crystal display,breakdown reason memory,inquiries,communication function and so on.The design of the device improves the security of the colliery distribution system in great way.
