| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用药芯焊丝气体保护自动焊焊接10∧6m∧3大罐的新工艺方法。对其所用SPV4900钢的焊接性能进行了分析，提出了焊接方法的选择依据及工艺原理，并对工程实际应用的问题提出了解决的办法。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a new welding process of heavy storage tank using flux core wire gas shielded welding,and analyzes the weldability of base metal SPV490Q.It points out choose basic of the welding process and its procedure principle.To counter the engineering application,puts forward solved method and developed direction. |
