摘    要:智能电网(Smart Grid)是当今世界电力系统发展变革的最新动向,被认为是21世纪电力系统的重大科技创新和发展趋势。阐述了智能电网的内涵和特点,指出了建设智能电网在信息数字化、广域测量技术、灵活交流输电技术、高压直流输电技术、数字化变电站等领域需要解决的关键技术问题。通过对智能电网与传统电网、国内外智能电网建设背景的差异分析,阐述了在当前中国构建智能电网的设想。

Primary Research on Schemes of Smart Grid
Abstract:Smart grid that is the newest evolution direction of 21th century is known as the trend of significant technology innovation and development. In this paper the connotation of smart grid is expounded, and the key technological problems to be solved for the development of smart grid in the fields of digital information, wide area measurement system, flexible AC transmission system, HVDC, digital substation etc. are pointed out. From the analysis of the difference between smart grid and traditional grid as well as situation of constructing smart grid at home and abroad, the primary scheme of constructing Chinese smart grid are expatiated.
