摘    要:对电子与物质相互作用的微观过程进行了理论分析。特别对电子与不同材料有实际意义的非弹性散射过程中的能量损失等问题,进行了详细的数值计算与分析。

Abstract:The theoretical analysis on micro - process of mutual effect between electrons and substance is presented. Especially,the detailed numerical evaluations of energy loss problems for inelastic scattering processes between electrons and some different materi- als which have practical values,is also given in this paper.
