| Abstract: | The classification,cultivation and metabolism mechanism of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) are presented.The origin of sulfate-containing waste water are discussed.The principle of treating waste water by the sulfate-reducing bacteria and the current research hot spots are described. |
