摘    要:阐述了静电场复现微小力值的原理及实验方法;设计了超微力发生装置,并在此基础上提出了超微力发生系统;超微力发生的原理表明,电容采集模块是超微力发生系统的关键模块.根据超微力发生装置结构,选用USB控制芯片CY7C68013和电容采集芯片AD7747,设计了基于USB2.0的电容采集电路,编写了固件和上位机控制程序实现了电容数据的采集和保存;进行了电容梯度测量实验.

Abstract:Principle of micro force realization using electrostatic field and experiment step were illustrated. A micro force realization device and a micro force realization system based on this device were designed .The micro force realization principle present that capacitance acquisition module is an important part of the micro force realization system. According to the mechanical structure of the device the acquisition circuit based on USB2.0 technology using USB control IC CY7C68013 and the capacitance-to -digital converter IC AD7747 was designed. The firmware of the USB control IC and the PC control software to handle and save the capacitance data were developed. At the end the capacitance gradient experiment was carried out.
