磷石膏综合处理技术与方案设计

介绍了对磷酸和磷肥生产过程产生的副产品磷石膏进行综合处理时所采用的主要技术、工艺过程和方案设计要点。首先磷石膏经过水洗工艺进行净化预处理,以回收大部分的可溶性磷,然后采用二段沸腾煅烧工艺,将净化后的磷石膏经烘干脱除游离水,再经高温煅烧脱除结晶水,生成β-半水石膏,即建筑石膏。该工艺不仅可以有效治理磷石膏废渣,且建筑石膏深加工产品完全符合国家环保政策和市场需求。

Author has introduced the gist of main technology, process flow and scheme design adopted when people makes the comprehensive treatment of the by - product of phosphor gypsum produced during producing the phosphoric acid and phosphor fertilizer. At first make purification pretreatment through water washing of phosphor gypsum,recover the most of soluble phosphor. then adopting two stages of boiling calcination process, make the free water contained in the purified phosphor gypsum to be removed through drying, moreover through high temperature calcination remove the crystal water to form β semi-water gypsum, i.e. building gypsum. Not only this process can effectively treat the waste sludge of phosphor gypsum, but also the deeply processing products for the building gypsum can fully meet the national environment protection policy and the market demand.
