电动轮耐久性试验台架的开发

摘    要:提出了电动轮耐久性考核内容、考核方法与电动轮耐久性试验台架的设计方案;根据方案进行台架机械结构设计和选购开发台架所需的伺服电机和传感器,组成台架控制系统的硬件部分,并编写控制程序;选取试验工况对台架进行试验测试,效果满足耐久性试验要求。

Develop of Test-bed for In-wheel-motor's Durability
Abstract:In this paper.firstly bring forward content and method that we assess in-wheel-motor module's endurance; secondly put forth scheme of test-bed for in-wheel-motor's endurance,thirdly design test-bed's mechanical structure according as scheme.select servo motors and sensors that developing test-bed need.these instruments make up of control system's hardware part of test-bed.and program.Einally test according to experimental operating condition.and test result accord with experimental request endurance test.
