| 摘 要： | 介绍了统计式电压监测仪原理及在电力系统中的应用，对电压监测仪的核心8031单片机系统，时钟电路及存储电路，真有效值转换电路及软件部分作了介绍；探讨了利用EMMIT仿真器修改数据的方法及电压监测仪的检定方法。
