粉末活性炭与高锰酸钾联用去除有机物研究

摘    要:实验流量为5m^3/h,实验结果表明粉末活性炭高锰酸钾联用可有效的减小由于粉末活性炭的投加对气浮出水浊度造成的负影响;高锰酸钾与粉末活性炭联用对有机物的去除可取得比高锰酸钾、粉末活性炭单独应用更好的效果,但没有表现出协同作用,原因为原水中的有机物的分子量分布经高锰酸钾预氧化发生了不利于粉末活性炭吸附的变化。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out at the 5m 3/h-flow pilot-scale system.The experimental result show that The combined process of permanganate oxidation and powdered activated carbon(PAC) absorption can also reduce the turbidity of the out-flow of floatation significantly relative to the alone use of the PAC;the combined process of permanganate oxidation and PAC absorption can achieve more effective removal result to the organic pollutants than the permanganate oxidation and the PAC absorption respectively. The reason is that the molecular wt. distribution of organic matter dissolved in the raw water through the permanganate oxidation changed so much that it influence the absorption of PAC greatly.
