摘    要:研究了钛对高强IF钢FeTiP相析出规律及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着钢中钛含量的提高,FeTiP相的析出倾向增大,材料的屈报强度和抗拉强度不断降低。当钢中Ti、N元素的原子比为1:1时钢中无FeTiP相析出,板材可采用最代的再结晶温度,且r值最高。对高强IF钢成分、工艺和性能之间的关系进行了进一步的分析讨论。

Abstract:Effect of Ti on the FeTiP precipitation and the mechanical properties of high strength IF steel is studied.The result shows that,with the increasing Ti content,the yield strength and tensile strength are reduced,and the tendency of FeTiP precipitation becomes more remarkable.For the steel,of which the atom ratio of titanium to nitrogen is l,no FeTiP precipitate is observed,and the highest r value is obtained with lowest recrystallization temperature.The relation between composition,process parameters and mechanical properties is discussed.
