| 摘 要： | 给出了实用的齿条-锥齿轮旋出外螺纹机构，论述了压铸模结构特点和工作过程。该模具1模4腔。利用开模力，通过齿条-锥齿轮传动，旋转出外螺纹铸件，简化了模具结构，减小了模具体积。模具结构紧凑，工作可靠，操作方便，生产效率高，生产的铸件精度高。

| Abstract: | The structure characteristics and work principle of the diecasting die with rotated strip rack-gear mechanism for the outside screw thread parts were introduced.The mold has four cavities.The rack-gear mechanism was driven by opening force to rotate outside screw thread parts out.This mechanism simplified the diecasting die and reduced the volume.The die is compact on structure,reliable and efficient in operation.The outside screw thread partsp roduced were accurate. |
