粉末冶金航空刹车材料磨屑的形成机理研究

摘    要:研究了粉末冶金航空刹车材料在摩擦磨损过程中产生的各类磨屑,探讨了各类磨屑的形成机理,并分析了磨屑在粉末冶金航空刹车副监控中的功用。研究表明,粉末航空刹车材料在摩擦磨损过程中可产生四类磨屑:片状磨屑比较常见,是表面裂纹扩展形成的;块状磨屑主要是由内外裂纹传播造成的;条状磨屑主要是犁削作用造成的;球形磨屑包括实心和空心两种,形成温度较高。磨屑在航空刹车副监控中常用来作为无分解状态下材料的使用状态和安全性判据之一。

Abstract:The formation mechanism of several kinds of chips on the powder metallurgy brake material for airplane under braking , the action of chips in monitoring and forecasting of the powder metallurgy brake material for airplane using condition were studied in this paper The results show that there are four kinds of chips, and the formation mechanism of each kind chip was analyzed Plate chip is created by the expanding of surface cracks; block chip is created by the spread of inter and outer cracks; strip chip is the results of the grooving There are two kinds of ball chips: solid ball and hollow ball, which are created at high temperature
