摘    要:以强磁性的磁铁矿和弱磁性的赤铁矿为对象,研究了在强磁选别过程中磁铁矿料铁矿的影响,结果表明,随着磁铁矿含量的增加,赤铁矿业 品位下降,这主要是由于磁铁矿在强磁选过程中产生较严重的团聚,使赤铁矿强粉分选的选性降低;并且磁铁矿的存在使介质难以卸矿完全,残余矿增加,缩短了介质的阻塞周期,降低了介质的有效分选面积。

Abstract:In this paper, the strongly magnetic magnetite and weakly magnetic hematite are taken as objects to study the effect of magnetite on hematite during the course of highly intensive magnetic separation. Results show that with the increase of the magnetite content, the grade of hematite concentrate is decreased. The reason lies in the fact that du\|ring the course of highly intensive magnetic separation, magnetite has formed rather serious agglomeration, which will reduce the selectivity of hematite in magnetic separation. In addition, in the presence of magnetite, it is difficult for media to unload ores. As a result, the residual ore amount will be increased, the blockage period be shortened and the effective se\|paration area of the media will be reduced.
