延时成型对乳化沥青冷再生混合料性能的影响

摘    要:鉴于水泥存在初凝时间和终凝时间,通过室内延时成型试验方法,分析研究了水泥—乳化沥青混合料适合的成型时间;通过二次击实后,模拟路面实际施工作业,分析二次击实对混合料性能影响及其程度。结果表明:延时成型对水泥—乳化沥青再生混合料性能有一定影响,施工时摊铺与碾压时间在0~3h之间为宜;马歇尔击实方式对水泥—乳化沥青混合料的强度有所破坏;建议实验室马歇尔击实次数应根据集料的情况确定。

Abstract:In view of the fact that cement existence prehardening time and final set time, through the time delay formation testing method, analysed the suitable formation time of cement - emulsion asphalt mixture ; Through two time compaction, Simulated actual work of road construction, analysed the influence of two time compaction and the degree. The result indicated: The time delay formation has certain influence to the cement - emulsion asphalt mixture, the spread paving and the roller compaction time between 0 -3h were suitable; Because the Marshall compaction way had destruction to the intensity of cement - emulsion asphalt mixture, Suggested that the number of compaction should be fixed by the situation of the aggregate .
