橡胶粉掺量和目数对橡胶沥青粘度的影响机理研究

摘    要:通过试验研究,基于沥青胶体结构理论,将橡胶沥青看做分散相(溶胀橡胶粉)分散在分散介质(沥青)中的胶体,分析了橡胶粉目数和掺量对橡胶沥青粘度的影响机理,认为:在橡胶粉掺量达到一定量后,掺量和目数对橡胶沥青中的分散介质粘度提高不再显著,主要通过显著提高分散相的体积数来增加橡胶沥青的粘度。

Abstract:Through experimental study,based on asphalt colloidal dispersion theory,asphalt rubber cement can be seen as Colloid that dispersed phase(swelling rubber powder) dispersed in dispersion medium (bitumen),according to analysis of impact mechanism of rubber powder content and the mesh on rubber asphalt viscosity has been done,the results showed that:When the rubber powder content sustained to a certain amount,dispersion medium viscosity of rubber asphalt cement no longer significant increase,mainly by raising ...
