燃煤锅炉进行空气分级低NO_x燃烧改造的有关问题探讨

摘    要:针对国家对火电厂NOx的排放控制越来越严,以及燃煤电站锅炉降低NOx排放主要是以低NOx燃烧技术为主、烟气脱硝技术为辅的防治策略,分析了早期锅炉燃烧器的布置方式及存在的不足,介绍了深度分级送风低NOx燃烧的技术特点,指出低NOx燃烧器加深度分级送风可大幅度降低NOx生成,故需要对锅炉进行深度分级送风低NOx燃烧改造,为此,详细分析了改造的内容、风险及注意事项,最后对改造的效益进行了初步估算并给出相关建议。

Abstract:In view of the stricter national control of NOx emission from thermal power plants as well as the NOx emission control strategy of coal-fired utility boilers that relies mainly on low NOx combustion technique and partly on flue gas denitrification,the disposition and drawbacks of boiler burners in early stage are analyzed,and the technical features of low NOx combustion with deeply staged air distribution are described.It is indicated that low NOx combustion with deeply staged air distribution can greatly reduce the generation of NOx,so boilers should be reconstructed correspondingly.The content,risks and points for attention of the reconstruction are analyzed in detail,the reconstruction benefits estimated preliminarily and relevant proposals offered.
